Paper does not fail loudly. It fails at the audit.
Every fire protection company we have spoken to runs on some combination of paper tags, a shared spreadsheet, and one person's memory. It works right up until it does not.
A tag nobody signed
One missed monthly check on one extinguisher is all an inspector needs to write up the whole building — and it is always the one your spreadsheet forgot.
The pre-audit scramble
Four hours of copying paper tags into Excel the night before a Civil Defence inspector's visit, hoping the technician's handwriting is legible enough for a Dubai or Abu Dhabi audit.
Renewals you cannot prove
Your client asks for last year's inspection history. It is in a filing cabinet, a van, and someone's camera roll.
The product
Everything an audit asks for, captured while the tech is still standing there.
QR & barcode asset tags
Tag every extinguisher, alarm, exit light, sprinkler and eye wash station. Scan to pull up its full history in under a second.
Checklists that work offline
Basements and plant rooms have no signal. Inspections queue on the device and sync the moment your tech is back on data.
Deadlines that chase you
Automatic reminders at 30, 7 and 1 day before every monthly, annual, 6-year and hydrostatic due date. Nothing lapses quietly.
Audit-ready reports
Code-referenced PDF reports built from the checklist your tech already filled in — signed, timestamped, and emailed before you leave site.
A portal your clients like
Give each building owner a live compliance view under your brand. Fewer status calls, easier renewals, obvious value at contract time.
Routes and technicians
Group devices by site and route, assign them to techs, and see what is done and what is still open from your phone.
How it works
Live on your first site in an afternoon.
- 01
Import your devices
Drop in the spreadsheet you already keep — or bulk-generate tags for a new site. Sites, device types and schedules come across in one pass.
- 02
Scan and inspect
Your tech scans the tag, taps through the code checklist, adds a photo if something fails, and moves to the next device.
- 03
Send the proof
The compliance report generates itself. Email it to the client, keep the audit trail forever, and let the next due date schedule itself.

Early access
Tell us how you track inspections today.
We are building this with a small group of fire protection companies, facilities teams and independent inspectors. Answer a couple of questions and we will bring you into the next batch — the more we know about your workflow, the more of it we can build for.
We store your details to contact you about early access, and nothing else. No newsletter, no resale, unsubscribe any time.
Questions we get asked
Which codes and standards do the checklists follow?
Templates ship for NFPA 10 (portable extinguishers), NFPA 25 (water-based systems), NFPA 72 (alarms) and NFPA 101 emergency lighting, plus BS 5306 and AS 1851 for UK and Australian teams. Every template is editable, so your own inspection form is a copy away.
Does this cover UAE Civil Defence requirements?
Yes. Our checklists are aligned with UAE Civil Defence Fire and Life Safety Code standards, which adopt NFPA 10 for portable extinguishers by reference. With Civil Defence pushing Dubai and Abu Dhabi teams toward mandatory digital, timestamped inspection records, a manual logbook or paper log alone no longer satisfies audit requirements — every scan in the app is timestamped and exportable as proof.
Do I need special hardware or scanners?
No. Any phone camera reads the QR codes, and you can print tags on standard weatherproof label stock. If your team already runs rugged Bluetooth barcode scanners, those work too.
What if a building has no signal?
Inspections are captured offline and sync automatically when the device reconnects. A tech can work a full basement route in airplane mode without losing a single check.
Can I move my existing records in?
Yes. Bring a CSV or a spreadsheet export from whatever you use now and we map it during onboarding — included free for every waitlist member, on any plan.
I am an in-house facilities team, not a service contractor. Does this fit?
It does. Facilities and safety officers use the same asset register, checklists and reminders — you just skip the client portal and report to your own auditors instead.
When does it launch, and what does the waitlist get me?
We are onboarding a first batch of design partners now and opening self-serve access after that. Waitlist members get one month free, early access, free data migration, and founding-customer pricing locked for as long as they stay subscribed.
